Scholarships for non-EU students
The Emile Boutmy Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded by Sciences Po to top students from outside of the European Union.  It is awarded to those students having demonstrated academic excellence and whose personal profiles match the course requirements.

Deadline for applications: May 2, 2013 for undergraduate programmes and 4 avril, 2013 for Master programmes.  Applications received after this date will not be processed.

In order to apply to this scholarship you must notify it on your application form, as well as include the required documents before submitting your application.

MPA Scholarship

On a competitive basis, a limited number of scholarships are awarded each year to MPA candidates (who are not eligible to the Emile Boutmy scholarship). These scholarships are awarded on the basis of need as well as merit. They range from partial to full tuition remission, and are valid for all four semesters of study at Sciences Po. They do not cover living expenses.

To be considered for such a scholarship, candidates must complete the MPA Scholarship Application pages of the online application before submitting the forms. Supporting documents should be attached as PDF documents.
For scholarship consideration, applications for admission must be submitted by April 4, 2013.
